Introducing El Carrizal from passionate producer José Cecilio Martínez, who is focused on quality. His farm is located in the southwestern region of Honduras, near the border of El Salvador.  

Cecilio has been growing several different varieties of coffee for many years on his farm; Typica, Catuai, Lempira- to name a few. All of these varieties he separates for better consistency.

In the next few years, Cecilio- whilst working with Pacayal- is hoping to develop his processing techniques to further his skills & quality.
